Responsible to guide internal consulting delivery focused in the areas of change management and operations improvement, organizational design, and human capital strategy consulting within the Global Program Management Office (Global PMO). The primary goal is to partner with CBRE departments to drive impactful business results that change the top and bottom line.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Global Project Management technology platform to existing variable, dedicated accounts and new clients across all three regions. This includes providing design, testing, and training; as well as providing demonstrations, client assessments and managing the overall client transitions into the tool.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Responsible for the Project Management service line at the platform level. Currently oversees project management transitions with new clients at a regional and global level. The main focus is on process and standards, metrics, staffing, technology and financial administration.In addition to the project management transition responsibilities, additional responsibiliteis include the development of the Global Project Management technology program - ProjectInsight. This includes ensuring that the tool is aligned to support the goals and objectives of the CBRE project management teams.

As Director of ProjectInsight, Tracy Randall is responsible for the development and implementation of our global Project Management technology program, ProjectInsight. This includes ensuring that the tool is aligned to support the goals and objectives of the CBRE project management teams. Tracy’s main responsibility is to coordinate internal and external technical resources to define project objectives, tasks and deliverables. Her strengths are working as the facilitator between the business and technical environments. Tracy’s ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, combined with effective project management skills and the ability to identify program requirements, helps deliver solutions to complex problems.

Coordinate internal and external business, and creative and technical resources to define project objectives, tasks and deliverables. Manage, build, and provide positive leadership for the team of Project/IT Managers to successfully accomplish the goals set forth. Build strong client relationships and appropriately manage client expectations. Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding the project status, issues, and departmental needs. Proactively manage the success of production scope, schedules, and budgets.

Direct project management for corporate and institutional clients through effective program management, planning and design, project value engineering, construction management, and furniture and equipment procurement. Coordinate internal and external business, and creative and technical resources to define project objectives, tasks and deliverables. Lead all aspects of managing the project management department such as budgeting, staffing, coaching, development, mentoring, and reporting. Build strong client relationships and appropriately manage client expectations. Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding the project status, issues, and departmental needs. Facilitate project review sessions at the close of each project as well as provide regular team leadership and constructive feedback on all accounts. Proactively manage the success of production scope, schedules, and budgets

Supervised two outsourced project management teams tasked with coordinating exclusive design and construction services across all business units within lease and owned facilities in 13 states, over 195 locations and totalling near 3.5 million square feet. Administered Capital Plan that averaged $10M yearly by comprising of budgets to analyze project based needs, thereby establishing a more efficient and cost effective initiative
