I handled multiple tasks from recruiting, new hire orientations, insurance, data entry, I-9 E-verify, WOTC, head of all company and community participation events, company's 2nd chance agreement policy, employee counselings, writing up SOP's, and other day to day processes. I was hired in January 2005 was the payroll coordinator, promoted in August 2005 to Office Manager; I handled multiple company checkbooks for multiple companies within, I worked very close with the company's accountants. I handled all of the companies medical insurance along with various supplemental insurances, the 401K plan, all of the accounts payables and receivables through Peachtree Quantum accounting system. Involved in day to day operations of planning, hiring of office staff. Maintain customer credit requests, collections. I was the Assistant to the President and Operations Mgr. I did all the daily wires and transfers, back up assistant to the payroll clerk and billing coordinator.

I held several jobs while employed with Ansell for over 11 years; during my time with Ansell I held responsible positions as Administrative Associate, Inquiry Clerk, Billing Coordinator and my last position with the company was Customer Service Representative which I took great pride in and dedicated myself to my customers; I maintained what they were referred to as the meat industry customers; they ranged from Magid Glove, Koch Supplies, Ani Safety, Packers, Hunt Cleaners, Saf-T-Gard just to name a few. We worked with our own Territory Managers in our area, answering phones, return authorizations, entering orders, and taking care of our customers from start to finish. Our motto was: It can take years to get a good customer but only minutes to lose one. I was selected to stay on longer for training others when our jobs were relocated to New Jersey.
