I manage a large volume of complex cases for a healthcare subrogation company. This job requires detailed contract analysis, as all attempts to subrogate are based on the interpretation of policy language and federal statutes. I communicate with attorneys and insurance professionals to resolve federal liens using legal resources and negotiation skills. Often, collaboration between several entities is required to reach a resolution, and I coordinate efforts between all parties involved. Many requests are time-sensitive, such as state statutorily mandated document requests that require immediate response to prevent financial penalty or legal repercussions.
