Provides vision and management on all aspects of physical security and team leadership at an enterprise level to include all Ste Michelle Wine Estates facilities, while ensuring the protection of our employees, company assets, guests, and reputation.•Leads and motivates a successful security team providing 24/7 coverage at several locations and creating safe experiences for guests at our venues. This is inclusive of 17 permanent team members, with supporting temporary staffing for concerts and events. Current Post Orders, training, employee development, and payroll management contribute to that success.•Defines enterprise technology strategies and approves the architecture for security systems by leveraging legacy systems with new technology and best practices.•Manages installation and removal of security systems throughout the enterprise, ensuring access control, intrusion, video and fire monitoring systems are installed and functioning according to security standards and business requirements.•Provides oversight for vendor management as it pertains to installation, maintenance and repair of all enterprise security systems. Manages the inventory of available security components and establishes life cycle.•Conducts and reviews security assessments, identifies systemic problems and recommends sound solutions, while cognizant of expenses, to institute programs and protocols that will minimize risk for all SMWE.•Establishes and maintains cross functional relationships with business partners across all operating companies and subject matter experts in the industry to ensure continual benchmarking and fiscally responsible project management.
