About Tracy Powers

As a Lean Solutions Consultant, I am responsible for working with Senior Leaders to drive business results. I have implemented Lean and Six Sigma Principles in both the manufacturing and financial sector.Prior to joining my current company I was employed with Estee Lauder.  I held progressive roles throughout the organization including Continuous Improvement Manager, New Product Launch Commercialization and an SAP Implementation Production Lead  I am a proven leader who is well-rounded with exceptional interpersonal skills.  I am passionately curious and value the opportunity to continually learn.I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University.
