Human Resources Generalist
CurrentWhen I joined Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc., I was initially hired as a Customer Service Rep. However, within a short time, I was moved into an Administrative/HR Liaison role, and just 11 months later, I was promoted to HR Generalist—one month ahead of my goal. Now, I’m responsible for HR operations across six locations across four states in the Southwest and Pacific Northwest.One of my proudest accomplishments here has been founding and leading a Culture Committee to improve employee engagement and morale. From organizing company-wide events to rolling out new initiatives like the Rosetta Stone Language Program, I’ve focused on making the workplace more inclusive and supportive. Managing HR for seven locations keeps me on my toes, but I enjoy the variety and challenges that come with this role, especially when I can directly see the positive impact on our employees.
