Excellent typing, administration and communication skills, conscientious, very organised and efficient. Employed as Contracts Administrator, promoted to Internal Project Manager March 2006. Duties include daily office support for external site team including answering telephone queries, typing/answering/re-directing emails on behalf of the team. Daily liaison with sub-contractors including assisting with any queries where possible in absence of PM. Collating/monitoring of sub-contractor H&S information including Method Statements/Risk Assessments for monthly H&S Dashboard reporting. Managing access including ordering/off-hiring of access equipment direct with suppliers, raising of hire purchase orders (using newly implemented ERP system), and raising of sub-contractor orders. Responsible for managing training and updating of staff/sub-contractor training matrix. General office duties including typing emails, letters etc, booking meetings, telephone answering, assisting where possible with any other department queries in absence of PM's and other duties as and when required.

Typing of letters, reports, purchase orders, emails, memo's. Diary management, telephone answering.

Looking after Surveyors and Catering Manager Administration requirements, issuing reports, letters, arranging meetings with Licensee's. Seeing through pub developments from commencement to completion. Raising of purchase orders for all companies involved in pub developments.
