Based at a customer site, I am responsible for technical support of all IT desktops and laptops at multiple power generating and energy sites in the North West of the United Kingdom and more recently home based users. I investigate and resolve all hardware and software related end user problems within defined service levels, including Office 365 and 2016, Active Directory management, windows 7 and 10 support, SCCM builds and error. Providing specialist technical support to assist colleagues to resolve complex IT issues including network, desktop and servers. I transferred from Connah's Quay Power Station to be centrally employed by E.ON IT, taking on the responsibility of more power generating and energy locations in the North West of United Kingdom along with Connah's Quay Power Station.

Responsible for all aspects of IT at Connah's Quay Power Station. Administration and configuration of the network, servers, document management and email provision. I provided hardware and software support of all IT assets, including the support of business critical software applications and database administration. Contract manager for multiple hardware and specialist software support agreements. I produced the IT business plan and budget annually, and also managed the annual IT budget. I produced the IT disaster recovery plan which contributed to the power station disaster recovery plan and maintained the strict backup and data security system. I was responsible for the year 2000 IT projects and its success and also the upgrade to Windows 8 and related applications for all relevant IT on site.
