Oversee and Coordinate all administrative components of program to meet Federal Clinical Center of Excellence standards -Composition and submission of Monthly and Quarterly Reports to CDC/NIOSH  -Analysis of statistical data to identify trends in Retention, Outreach, Pharmaceutical usage, and Claims and Case management- develop and implement strategies for improvement and efficiency -Conduct frequent and ongoing Quality Assurance audits to ensure appropriate and consistent delivery of care -Participate in weekly conference calls and monthly full-day meetings with members of the WTCHP consortium including Third Party Administrators, CDC/NIOSH contractors, and fellow Clinical Center of Excellence key personnel and administrators -Conduct Program benefits counseling and information distribution to patients; serve as point of contact for member inquiries and ensure timely processing of medical condition certification requests, cancer care network referrals, and records management
