Run campaigns on digital inclusion, broadband policy, media accountability, hate radio and hate crimes, the DTV transition, low power radio, community access television and many more. Publish op-eds and blogs widely across the region and the country including the SF Chronicle, SJ Mercury News, Huffington Post, Truthout, Counterpunch and many others and interviewed regularly on KQED, ABC, KTVU, KNTV and many alternative/community outlets. Publish and distribute educational materials on communications policy to 15,000 Northern Californians, and run nonprofit media capacity trainings. Public policy advocacy with Norcal senators and congresspeople, multiple city councils and state and federal regulatory agencies on behalf of a more democratic media system.
