I have worked in the Beauty Industry for nearly 30 years (started very young). From working as a sales rep to owning my own large salon and retail center. I've been an educator in my own accredited training facility, local organisations and professional companies. I’ve taught workshops, diplomas and have mentored and coached therapists, staff and businesses . I've helped start ups and development, KPI's, setting up of SLA's, staffing and everything in-between.I have also trained with some of the world's most famous brands and have treated 1000's of customers over the years.There's a lot of knowledge and common sense in this old head.Thanks for reading - Tracy
