There are a lot of responsibility at Heartfelt as a designer. As new product comes in I creating new demo boards with ideas and projects that can be duplicated by the costumers. As new product comes in I creating new demo boards with ideas and projects that can be duplicated by the costumers. I also design projects using older inventory to help increase sales. We have a monthly page club and a weekly page kit: I design and package these the kits and meet deadlines. I also create classes to be taught both at the store or purchased and taken home. This includes designing the project, assembling the kits and creating the printed, and sometimes video, tutorials. I also do product demonstrations when we receive new tools or supplies.One of my biggest accomplishments is the Silhouette Club. In the club, I design new projects for the club members to create each month. This uses my design abilities and helps the members get excited about new skills they are leaning and product that can be purchased and used. The club has been so successful, we have had to star another group. Show less
