Ensure client experience is exceptional while supporting the broader Client Services, Client Delivery, and Support teams by building and maintaining processes and systems, providing reporting and analytics, facilitating internal enablement, and supporting inter-team collaboration and communication. Interface with our internal Operations and Product teams to surface requirements for customer success and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement product enhancements. Lead and manage client implementations, outsourced revenue cycle solutions, and client solution configuration functions. Responsible for achieving revenue targets, client retention goals, client satisfaction goals, and management of the team responsible for these operational functions.

-Run complex projects/programs from design and development to production -Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders-Plan/track milestones and deliverables-Ensure that the project team members complete tasks and deliverables on time and the project delivers promised business functionality-Perform software quality assurance-Develop requirements documentation and user guides-Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project-Customer implementations and training

-Manage and coordinate the activities of the Business utilizing a staff of 30+ employees-Revise and/or develop new procedures to improve efficiency of workflow-Troubleshoot all departments to determine if in compliance with policies as well as to insure efficient workflow-Oversee Accounts Receivables and direct employees on the collections of accounts. -Oversee Customer Service personnel.. -Set up and monitor all phases of insurance and patient billing, including paperless claims, remittance files, and scanned files-Oversee all areas of IT department including business office network and physician’s teleradiology network with interfaces to 6 hospitals, including workstations in physician’s homes-Project Management to include the development, review and comparison of all RFP’s-Negotiate all hardware/software vendor contracts by analyzing the terms and pricing to ensure the company minimal risk and cost effectiveness-Responsible for building maintenance and remodeling-Develop and meet timelines of system implementations, including building of support files -Set up system training. Personally attend all training to assist personnel after implementation-Assist software companies on suggested upgrades and enhancements-Develop, maintain, and audit the hospital data capture process to insure an efficient process as well as confirm that all work performed by the radiologist is being accounted for and billed appropriately-Analyze and run reports to present to physicians for board meetings-Review outstanding accounts receivables and oversee collection processes-Coordinate recommendations for staff changes, rewards/bonuses, discipline problems and performance appraisals with the Director of Human Resources-Oversee all coding functions to include reviewing denied charges for coding and/or rebundling, knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 coding and applying CCI edits and LCD policies-Review payer contracts and make recommendations to the Executive Director
