Responsible for all financial and HR aspects of a busy and successful golf course and country club.Routine duties including but not limited to, Payroll, A/P, A/R, financial reports, employee benefits and401(k). Responsible for maintaining and balancing 3 business accounts as well as monitoring thecompany credit card, making sure all charges are categorized and charted correctly. Additional dutiesinclude member billing, member relations and property management for the Polo Fields subdivision.

In charge of all clerical and scheduling duties for the Cardiovascular and Radiology Department atHerrick Hospital. This includes scheduling of patients, billing for department testing, creating reportsfor cardiovascular/radiology testing and maintaining medical records and department files. Recentlypart of a Cardiovascular/Women’s Health department merge. Able to train for and learn all aspects of anew department in an abbreviated time frame. Also helped to smoothly transition those departmentsto the hospitals new computer operating system/EMR. Extremely adept at learning and mastering newcomputer programs. I have daily interaction with patients and doctors as well as telephone and e-mailcommunication with other hospital departments, doctor’s offices and other health systems.Able to work quickly and efficiently in fast paced, chaotic environments.
