Of particular note, successfully led the merger of customer data for ~38m subscribers in less than 6 months under “clean-room” restrictions. • Led overall program to deploy a national billing system supporting ~7M Enterprise Business Customers including 459 business requirements, 259 interfaces, 53 applications, and ~11,000 table changes. Program delivered on time and on budget.• Restructured troubled Mediation Team and reduced system backlogs from 7days to 17hrs exceeding SLA’s.
