Her improvisation background combines with her business experience to inspire and motivate leaders and teams to flourish by bringing improv skills and “Yes, and” communication to their work. She holds a BA degree with distinction from the University of Toronto and is a member of ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists) and a Professional Member of AIN (Applied Improvisation Network).Tracy has an enthusiasm for collecting books, especially first editions, and is particularly fond of cats.
