Currently supervise a team consisting of 30 government and contractors responsible for maintaining up to 20 separate Active Directory networks\technologies along with Identity Management services and large Public Key infrastructures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plan and implement highly complex assignments, provide technical advice and guidance on a wide range of difficult Information Technology (IT) issues; and provide recommendations to management. Collaborated with numerous other technical experts to define policy and design procedures that have been approved by the National Director of Intelligence and the Joint Program Management Office. Performed as governmental team lead to drive tough decision making due to contractual, intellectual and community differences.
