Provides Project Management, IT Support, & Telecommunications/Infrastructure support. As Command, Control, Communications, Computer & Cyber (C5) LNO is part of an elite group of managers with diverse skills who are assigned to support USINDOPACOM directly. Ensures operational communications, provides future operations & strategic planning, & directly supports PACOM executives & staff with Mobility & other secure & non-secure portable communications. Lead planner for Exercises, Infrastructure SME, Site Technician, & Proj Mgt. Providing, risk mitigation, impact assessments, site troubleshooting, installation/installation management, managing network devices, IDS, Contracting, Property Mgt & direct support for multimedia equipment such as Secure/non-secure VTC, AMX Controls, smart-displays, & integrated GVS (Desktop VTC) systems. Active participant in Strategic Planning revisions, ASI impact assessment, Assured C2 working groups, Joint Planning Groups, & support for Foreign Partner Coalition Groups. Facilitates current operational Mission Assurance, Future Operations Planning, resiliency, and redundancy. As lead Project Manager, provides "cradle to grave" project management for justifying, estimating, planning, implementing, executing, and closing projects, with follow-on product lifecycle management, updates, & removal.Some duties: Evaluate/provide technical specifications, IGE, procurement documentation, planning/installation schedules, resource assignments, contractor oversight, quality control, and acceptance for infrastructure installations such as fiber and copper; provide change board documentation requests, switch SFP and Media Converter troubleshooting/replacement; Information Security, physical security coordination, and OPSEC management. Maintains property inventory control and reporting. Performs VIP and escalated customer service management. Understands and demonstrates decorum, required to work around POTUS Cabinet personnel and Exec Foreign Partners.

Infrastructure Service Engineering (Allocation Engineering) & JHITS Base Communications Officer supporting all Naval Bases throughout Hawaii. Preform Site Surveys, Translate customer requirements, and engineer service requirements for Optical to E&M Circuit requirements. Provides customer support, submits Service Requests to Commercial Vendors, Engineering Change Proposals, and manages/provisions End Office PBX systems and legacy Key Systems. Escalates and manages high-level outages. Project manager for Fed Fire relocation- Installation of all ISP and OSP. Phone Tree design, intercom services, A/V equipment installation. PM for New Building Construction for PSD Moanalua. Planned/Installed all communications. Infrastructure, ISP, OSP, PBX, ISDN provisioning/numbering plan, intercom plan, Conference Room multimedia installation design/installation,As Emergency Management SME, troubleshot E-911, Land Mobile Radio, and direct RF T-1 microwave interconnections. Transitioned wireless security camera systems to fiber optics and participated in planning E-911 feature upgrades.Additional SharePoint business process development. Historical Lockwood Hall Executive Conference Room Multimedia system design, equipment selection, procurement, and installation with follow-on for adding a system to the Historical Dive Tower Conference Room.

TCO and multimedia architecture engineering. Provide A/V installation and design and Project Management. Perform IGE, solicit RFQ's, evaluate equipment, select and submit contract documentation. Provide project oversight, cable installation services, QA and acceptance.

NMCI CTR responsible for customer service and advocacy for all CNRH-related systems, throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Provide software configuration management, installation specifications, coordinate Move, Add, Change requirements, new system orders and VIP Customer Service Response.

TCO- TeleCommunications Officer. Responsible for managing all Navy-related circuits. To include planning, ordering, coordinating, developing tech specs for ECP's,, budgeting and planning communications requirements for all Naval Bases in the Hawaiian Islands.
