Performs quality reviews to ensure compliance across the multifamily agency lending platform. Oversees covenant management to ensure agency deadlines and deliverables are compliant. Oversees data analytics to produce and design management reports, board book and oversee analytics on process, people and technology activity and metrics for internal and external distribution. Maintains Risk Rating Model and data used to support loss impairment analyses. Reports and measures performance against established multifamily key risk indicators. Oversees timely preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual certifications for our lender and servicing relationships are completed as required under each respective agreement. Assists with system enhancements to document business requirements and oversee user acceptance testing. Assists with marketing and/or asset management to prepare third party servicing presentations.
