Managed accounts of travelers calling in to make adjustments on there international tour account.Operated as point of contact with the Travel Department overseas for detailed flight requests and inquiries from customer.Communicated with Operations Department in Lucerne, Switzerland with reservations concerning hotels and specialized sightseeing tours.Responsible for 24 hour emergency telephone once a month where immediate action was required for all on tour medical emergencies or travel delays.
