Talent Specialist - Early Career
CurrentManage and assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for Early Careers talent, including position posting, resume screening, candidate selection, phone screens and interview coordination. Build and maintain ongoing relationship-building with students, student organizations, faculty, and Career Services at target campuses and provide a market-leading candidate experience.Participate in campus recruiting activities and social media campaigns.Collaborate with regional business leaders, HR teams, Internal team members like Talent Management, HRBPs, and HR Operations to understand and balance recruitment needs.Serve as contact throughout the candidate selection process.Use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection.Develop innovative programs to recruit technical and skilled manufacturing through partnerships with trade schools, certificate programs and high schools.
