I started as a part time sales assistant for Mill Outlets Ltd in Coventry 1989, when in 1992 they expanded the business into Leamington Spa and was offered the job of manager. I was 22 at the the time and never looked back. Thoroughly enjoyed this role and thrived, right from the beginning my store was the best performing store within the group.In 2000 I was promoted to Stores Operations Manager, where I manged all 6 stores within the group. Between 2004 - 2008, my husband became very ill, and threw our lives into disarray. In 2008, we reassessed our lives and I needed a less responsible role at the time and joined Active Mobility in Leamington as part time admin and sales. During 2010 went back to full time work and was promoted to manager and then 2013 became a partner in the business.I love working at Active Mobility, where I have learnt so much about mobility products that can make such a difference to peoples live who have mobility issues.
