Completing export documentation for HM Customs and Excise, liaising with sales offices worldwide, checking and allocating product’s from our UK warehouse, verifying orders; on a daily basis I prepare our B.S.U.R report and download it to Langdons. (CFSP) Other duties include:-• Stock checks, end of day checks, de-allocation of orders.• Prepare import/export documentation.• Prepare shipments for allocated customers.• Prepare necessary documents for nominated forwarding agents and airlines.• Working within the requirements of a customs warehouse.• Deal with potential delivery problems.• Using a specifically created BaaN Data base.• Investigate and report on product damage and re-order.• Prepare C88 for NES Declarations.• Ensure goods cleared against correct commodity codes.• Deal with customs authorities in releasing imported goods if needed.• Prepare documents required by customs brokers to enable them to complete AWBS.• Obtaining quotes from preferred shippers.• Monitor progress of shipments.
