Worked with team to design and implement a $3 million fundraising plan to grow TPL’s donor base and scale land conservation and park equity programs. Raised over $20 million toward TPL’s “Power of Place” $450 million comprehensive campaign in 2010-2016. Recruited Advisory Board members and staffed all Advisory Board and Board Governance committee meetings. Partnered with State Director to become one of the highest-performing State Chapters at the organization. Developed and implemented donor solicitation strategies in support of Drew University’s $100 million comprehensive campaign to increase capital funding, enhance programs, and strengthen the endowment. Responsible for the New York/New Jersey metro region. • Philanthropy partner and lead strategist for Drew University, Center on Religion, Culture and Conflict’s $2 million campaign.• Managed a portfolio of 125 donors and prospects.• Qualified 31% of major gift prospects over a 6-month period.
