As a former elementary teacher, Tracy has seven years of teaching experience in public and private schools, working with diverse learners and curricula. She is passionate about making schools a better place for students, teachers, and families.Tracy also has a strong interest in education policy and research. She was a research assistant at the American Enterprise Institute, where she contributed to various projects on school choice, accountability, and rethinking education. She also participated in the Washington, DC Policy Scholars Program at Pepperdine University, where she learned from policy experts and practitioners. Tracy holds a B.A. and M.Ed. from Oral Roberts University, with concentrations in ESL and public school administration. She is certified as an elementary principal, 1st-8th grade teacher, and a PK-12 English as a second language teacher. She is skilled in teacher mentoring, educational leadership, and education policy.
