Lead the development of a BI function for the organization. Developed the strategy, tactics, short and long-term development plans, staffing plans, and the socialized the importance of data driven decisions.The BI function has been recognized as increasing the quality of business cases and product development. Product innovations have been developed or enhanced based on a partnership with our group.
