Amazon order by preferred supplier cascade, to move up the cascade you need to meet certain requirements one of which is ‘problem received rate’ Gold’s were trading at 13% but I managed to reduce our rate to 2% by working with our logistics team and couriers on areas which were letting us down thus moving us to number 2 and increasing our turnover with Amazon to £500,000 per month.
