- Lead Indirect Procurement function of AP and China region with annual spend of US$150 million across all commodities including IT hardware, software, test equipment, IT consultant service, professional service, HR service, advertising, travel, financial service, property service, call center service, engineering and installation service, capital and leasing, Telecom and network service. - Drive for cash. Anticipate and identify complex business needs and recommends possible solutions. Significantly increased the annual saving by 2% (US$2M) year over year through supplier base optimization, improved payment terms, changing procurement operation model, etc.
