As an Agile Team coach, worked with software organizations in various industries (finance, energy, education) as they journeyed through Agile transformations. Specifically worked at the team level coaching and mentoring ScrumMasters and Product Owners.

BancVue is a financial services company that sells technology and marketing products to credit unions and small regional banks.As servant-leader, coached cross-functional teams on Agile Scrum processes. In conjunction with the Product Owner, created functional user stories for technical systems. Acted as liaison amongst software developers, Product team and IT managers to communicate and resolve issues negatively impacting effective delivery of software product. Served as mentor for other Business Analysts and CSMs.

Kershner Trading Group is a proprietary trading business for professional traders. Held role of primary liaison between business users/traders and technical developers. Served as product expert on all internal applications/services as well as vendor applications/services. Troubleshot application support issues with traders and technology. Performed user acceptance testing for software and application certification with exchanges as needed.

The University of Texas at Austin is a major research university; the majority of the university’s administrative business is conducted using proprietary software developed by analysts trained at UT.Hired, mentored and trained Systems Analysts to be placed in business organizations within the UT IT community. Developed curriculum for Systems Analyst training. Coordinated professional development opportunities for IT. Handled special projects at director discretion including conference and retreat planning, large scale cross-campus move.Served as Systems Analyst in the Office of Accounting and Administrative Computing Services departments from 1998-2002.

Taught developmental mathematics (basic arithmetic, algebra and test prep courses) to adult students in both traditional lecture and computer-mediated class formats. Prepared lessons, graded assignments, counseled students and continuously assessed their progress.
