Worked with Principal and Lead Designer making design decisions, including but not limited to: • Developing creative design ideas to establish a concept that will reflect the needs of the particular client and project. • Designing functional space plans and producing CAD drawings for floor, ceiling, furniture, and finish plans, along with interior elevations. • Gathering fabric, furniture, lighting, and accessories, as well as color scheme and paint options for client approval. • Creating visual boards and presenting proposed schematics at client meetings. • Coordinating and meeting with design vendors and sales reps on latest fabric, furniture, and lighting collections.• Establishing a weekly work schedule by efficiently balancing client meetings or appointments with delegating tasks to produce maximum daily productivity. • Managing and tracking beginning to end progress on all client projects to ensure budget and schedule is on time. • Creating and organizing design library for easy use and accessibility to all our design resources. • Collaborating with Purchasing Agent on collecting price quotes and using StudioDesigner to create purchase orders, deposit requests, and invoices.
