Transferred from Finance to Internal Audit with CCCL from mid 2013 to now, covering both IA Corporate Function and IA Finance from mid 2013 to 2014, and IA Finance from 2014 to now, As current Head of IA Finance in CCCL, I report to Citi's Head of Audit in China directly and matrix report to Regional Head of IA Finance team. I delivered audits with higest quality, and identified issues that are valuable to my stakeholders. As I worked in Finance team before and covered business monitoring and audits of most of the Corporate Function departments back in 2014, communication with various stakeholders has been very smooth, and helped me in forming ideas of recommendations in improving control environments.In addition, as an experienced staff in Citi, I shared a lot experiences with peer groups in Region, and proposed creative solutions for better efficiencies.
