Reporting to the Head of Retail Leadership Development. This role provided a change from being Regionally aligned to working nationally with a specific leadership client group within the Retail Division.With responsibility for:- creating leading edge development solutions to fulfill business need- project manage the leadership solution from inception to delivery, including evaluation- own the process for engaging, managing and reviewing 3rd party suppliers and specialists including their ongoing performance and effectiveness- provide coaching on an ad hoc or formal basis- stakeholder management for effective delivery of any development solutionAchievements:- delivering a successful National Food Store Managers leadership programme against budget, flexible demand throughout the year and aligned to business strategy- ensuring the 7-10 week programme was current, fit-for-purpose and a positive development experience for the new Food Store Manager- nominated, by HR colleagues, as HR Star in Project category
