Post-graduate Play Therapy Certificate program at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS. I've also completed all of the coursework for the CADC credential and am quite comfortable with substance and process addiction work. I'm trained in EMDR with additional advanced trainings related to EMDR and dissociation, and using EMDR with children. I'm trained in Theraplay (advanced level) and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (Levels 1 and 2), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 2.) I am also currently in an intensive training program for Psychodrama certification. I have completed the 40 hour domestic violence counselor (ICADV), 40 hour sexual assault and abuse counselor (ICASA) and 60 hour child sexual abuse counselor (ICASA) trainings.Clinical Focus and Skills: My primary clinical interests include trauma across the lifespan, attachment-focused therapies with all ages, autism spectrum disorders, and personality concerns. I'm a skilled and adept presenter and enjoy providing both educational and clinically-oriented seminars. I employ a variety of techniques depending on client needs, and incorporate a fully developmental and interpersonal focus in my work with clients.
