• Drive Inventory strategies for $4.2B in cost receipts ($6.4B in sales) in 4 divisions with 13 manager-level associates for both stores and ecommerce • Manage, coach and provide guidance for 13 manager-level associates across 4 divisions – provide continuous guidance, clear goal setting and expectations, consistent and effective coaching, and communicate open and honest feedback. • Drive location planning and store clustering for 864 stores• Execute quantification of buys by collaborating with merchandise planner and utilize sales curves to quantify initial set percentage and flow strategy for both stores and ecommerce.• Challenge merchants on missed opportunities in assortment by completing detailed hindsight analysis and providing future recommendations. • Provide size data analysis as needed to the buying teams - down to item type for both stores and ecommerce. Pack optimization for all apparel buys.

• Partner with buying team to create a strategic plan to achieve sales and profit.• Develop and execute class level plans by week for sales, inventory and profit. • Identify items trending above or below plan, develop a strategy to positively impact the business. • Review clearance strategies monthly to focus on markdown cost, initial clearance price, climatic/location strategies and cadence to drive clearance sales and profit. • Analyze vendor profit performance.• Collaborate with buying team and marketing to ensure pricing pacing aligned with financial goals.
