Responsible for marketing and sales of all the international airlines represented by British Airways as General Sales Agent in the UK - from TAM in Brazil to Zimbabwe Express. The key objective of this role was to maximise revenue earnings through identifying and developing each airlines’ specific market, monitoring competitor activity, producing promotional material, whilst working to very tight marketing budgets. In addition to promoting each airlines product through visiting tour operators and travel agents a major part of my role was also to represent each airline at social, business and diplomatic functions.
