An enthusiastic and driven person with over 20 years’ experience in the advertising industry. I have the ability to get the very best out of people and find creative solutions on challenging ideas. A self-starter who is innovative in their approach to problem solving and able to think laterally on any given task. I have worked across 1000’s of commercial productions and accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and expertise. This allows me to form collaborative partnerships with account, production and creative leads; be constructive, timely, pragmatic and offer clear advice and support across the development and production of exciting ideas and their production challenges. Extensive knowledge of talent negotiations and contracts with expertise on international artist union regulations and requirements particularly SAG-AFTRA union in the USA having worked across many USA productions and with US celebrity talent. Successfully completed three, 3 yearly audits with SAG-AFTRA with no exceptions. In 2010 I was made a company Director by John Hegarty and then a company Partner which I was immensely proud of as that allowed me to influence the agency both operationally and culturally. I have been a member of the IPA’s Production Policy Group since 2007. This group consists of Heads of Production and Business Affairs who focus on the UK industry's best practice standards across production. We listen to agency issues then set or update policy, or lead the industry response on issues that are troubling them. We work collaboratively with other groups and trade bodies across the industry including the APA, ISBA, Equity and PCAM. Some of the most challenging and rewarding campaigns I have worked on are Virgin Atlantic "I Am What I Am", Amazon "Alexa Super Bowl 2022" featuring Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost, Yorkshire Tea "Where Everything Is Done Proper" featuring Sir Patrick Stewart, Amazon "Alexa Body Super Bowl 2021" featuring Michael B Jordan, Audi “Clowns”, “Evolution/Revolution” and “Spin”, The Guardian “Three Little Pigs”, Johnnie Walker “The Man Who Walked Around the World”, Virgin Media “9.58” and Tesco “Food Love Stories” campaigns. And not to forget the biggest challenge in 2019 which was a campaign for Samsung where we sent their phone into space which allowed their customers to take selfies from space!
