Director Of Talent Acquisition
Current- Responsible for building the corporate TA function and team, as well as providing sourcing/recruiting of executive level FleetPride employees
- Evaluate, develop and implement recruiting standards, measurements and production expectations to ensure consistency and implements tactics to accomplish goals and initiatives
- Responsible for monitoring performance / productivity against goals and managing the TA staff to those goals.
- Spearheads TA progress meetings. Discusses current and potential issues, recommends or facilitates resolutions, assures the proper TA resources are deployed to assure coverage of requirements, etc.
- Lead the development and refinement of recruiting processes to ensure the capture of highly competitive talent, staffing goal attainment, and compliance with applicable EEOC regulations and labor laws.
- Set the TA strategy based on strategic, business plans and consult with key stakeholders across the company.
