Tracy has demonstrated success in creating and building cutting-edge businesses, programs, and products from the ground up to realize multi-million-dollar annual revenues; securing and sustaining world-wide partnerships with Fortune 500 corporations across a wide variety of industries; managing and coaching international multifunctional teams; leading change and transforming business models for brands from start-ups to the Fortune 500; and, identifying emerging trends and developing products and programs to meet market demand ahead of the competition. Tracy was most recently a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at Microshare, an IoT data sharing platform powering the data economy. Tracy co-founded Bespokery, a platform for on-demand production for fashion brands. She served as the Director of Alliances for Usher, MicroStrategy's Mobile Identity Platform. Prior to MicroStrategy, Tracy ran the US Operations for Shazam, managing the North American mobile operator business, and developing the Shazam Advertising and TV business by utilizing their existing music recognition technology to create Shazam's leading revenue generator. Shazam was acquired by Apple in October 2018.Prior to joining Shazam, Tracy was a Founder and Vice President of Business Development at Transpera, a Mobile Video Advertising Network. She transformed Transpera from a services company to an ad-supported business. Transpera was acquired by Tremor Media in 2010. She also served as Director of Infospace’s U.S. Carrier Relations and Director of Business Development and Strategy for their Mobile Ad Network. Tracy was an early employee at AOL, and a true digital pioneer, coaching traditional businesses to reset their strategy for the new economy, creating over $100MM in revenue during her tenure.
