As the Director Americas Education at Inchainge, I lead the delivery of innovative and interactive supply chain learning solutions for academic clients across the region. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, and education, I am passionate about closing the talent gap and developing the next generation of supply chain professionals. I have the best team and work colleagues I could ask for to help me achieve that. We are humbled to work with some of the best educators in their field to integrate experiential learning into their academic programs. For corporate engagements, I collaborate with a global network of supply chain experts and facilitators to customize and conduct experiential workshops using simulated business environments, such as The Fresh Connection, The Cool Connection, The Blue Connection, and The Triple Connection. Some of the organizations that have benefited from our programs include GKN, LVMH, Essilor, Albea, and the United Nations missions in Africa. I also coach and mentor individuals and teams seeking supply chain and operations certifications, such as CPIM, CSCP and CDDP. My mission is to empower people to make better decisions and achieve better results in their supply chain and operations.
