My role allows me to plan and deliver classroom training on all our policies and procedures within the business since these define the standard business process. I support all learners to ensure they have training and support guides to ensure they are then embedded within the business.I design and plan both the training material and a mixture of written ‘How to’ guide, video tutorial and E-Learning resources for each training session on all software are hardware used within the business. The resources I create not only support the training session but are also used by the business to ensure learning continues to take place and a central point of reference for all team members.When I plan and run training sessions I always ensure they are designed to engage all learning types and sizes of groups from 1to1 to large 15 plus in the room. All the training material has the correct level of detail and training is delivered at the correct pace, along with supporting materials and structure of the sessions to ensure learning has taken place.Some of my work required me to work alongside our projects team, this has allowed me to develop my ability to communicate clearly with others and set clear goals and timelines to ensure the projects are delivered on time.

This involves setting goals and actions and providing support over the phone, on online platforms and live in house training. The support covers marketing, pricing, customer service, systemizing, creating a team culture and software training.

As the advancement group co-ordinator I work closely with all our members on the Advancement groups in a virtual setting. My role is to encourage all members to work towards their own KPI's and goals which will have the desired outcome for both business and personally. The sessions are ran on a 6 weekly basis allowing for quality conversations between myself and the others in the meeting. This enables the groups to share, encourage, support and challenge each other to help keep everybody on track. Each member of the group will then take learning, encouragement and also great quality actions to complete for the next session.

As a client manager I have direct responsibility for 76 members whilst also helping hundreds more through reactive support. I give them guidance and encouragement to implement AVN tools which involves them putting a huge degree of trust in me to make what is often a 'leap of faith'.I give all members’ guidance and encouragement to transform their business, by using the tools and resources which AVN supplies. I help the business owner build a great team, offer encouragement and support to put systems in place to allow them to work on their business by systemizing and delegating their workload.

I built and developed a new department and venture to utilise the internet sales enquires through the website Stratstone.com. The department ensured that customers, both internal and external received excellent customer service enabling the sales team to maximize the sale of new and used vehicles. I developed and implemented the departments’ policy and procedures. My team look after over 1400 vehicle enquires a month and 120 prestige dealerships in the UK. Due the recession and Pendragon looking to downsize their business the department was closed down in September 2008.

Jan 2006 - Sept 2007 - Sales Development Specialist I worked with the Sales Development team as a Sales Development Specialist. My role was to head up the Sales Administration training and development within the business this includes expert coaching and training for the group. I set up the training module and manual which I coordinated and developed for on going training needs. The training is given in a group session or a one to one. Jul 2000 - Dec 2006 - Information Technology Helpdesk I worked in a team of three, we provided support and cover for the business. The role ranged from a quick fix on the phone to an engineer being dispatched to site, to the development team tested and deploying a fix, once the problem has been resolved. We had two Field Engineers and it was my responsibility to plan their work schedules on a daily basis. I was then given the opportunity to move into the Sales Development Department.Oct 1995 - Jun 2000- Sales Administration Trainer As an experienced, and confident, vehicle administrator I was given responsibility for the Vehicle Module Training Schedule when Dixon’s rolled out a new DMS to their 48 sites which was a 2 year project. The job role changed to incorporate the IT Helpdesk role.

I ran a very busy administration dept with 3 others within my team this also included ongoing training of my team. Been part of a major Motor Group meant increased opportunity and as such was offered a position within the Training Team in October 1995

My duties included, assisting in all general office administration, corresponding with the Manufacturer, liaising with all members of the team to ensure vehicles were prepared on time to meet delivery deadlines, with all legal documentation correctly completed.
