Fraud investigation - Cases of embezzlement, financial statement fraud, investment fraud, insurance fraud, white collar criminal defense.2. Family law and divorce - Lifestyle analysis to quantify the need for support or find hidden income or assets.3. Litigation - Expert witness in cases involving contract disputes between companies, corporate divorces, economic damages, and other financial analysis. I have been retained for forensic accounting engagements more than 500 times and have served as an expert witness in both state and federal courts. I have testified nearly 100 times at deposition and trials in state and federal courts across the country. As a solo practitioner for more than 24 years, I have the privilege of working directly with my clients and performing nearly all work on their financial investigations. My hands-on approach means I am familiar with all the financial details of the case and can testify effectively about the numbers.
