CurrentIn the construction area, I serve contractors and subcontractors handling matters relating to construction defects, mechanics’ liens and breach of contract. I also help contractors obtain insurance coverage. I defend doctors and dentists against malpractice suits and assists them in handling complaints by the regulatory boards.Before state and federal courts, I represent creditors and trustees in all aspects of litigation relating to the debtor-creditor relationship. I counsel regarding insurance coverage and claim process issues. I often manage technical matters involving CGL and D&O insurance. In addition, I work with surety companies and bail agents by assisting them in terminating their liabilities and protecting their licenses with the regulatory boards.I have handled disability discrimination and sexual harassment matters in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in federal court. In addition, I have experience in wage and hour matters including misclassification, overtime, and minimum wage collective and class actions under the FLSA and other similar state laws.
