• Assist Financial Advisors with service and operational related activities such as providing service to clients via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence.
• Facilitate Financial Advisor and client requests for account related information and/or quotes.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients.
• Establish and service client accounts, prepare forms, research account inquiries and/or issues, and enter security order tickets.

• Analyze risk and complex background information to determine whether a candidate meets the requirements to be a team member in the ROCK Family of Companies.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders, serving as a resource to ensure we are legally compliant with our considerations and decisions.
• Maintain a production pipeline of complex candidate files, ensuring highest-level accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines.
• Communicate adverse hiring decisions to candidates.
• Work on high level and priority initiatives and projects.

Detroit, MI

• Complete an analysis and individual assessment of each candidate’s pre-employment documentation to reach a hiring decision that meets company guidelines and culture standards.
• Address any discrepancies that may exist in the information provided from the candidate, and request additional information or documentation for purposes of clarity.
• With the support of the Talent Specialist, gather and ensure timely receipt of complete and accurate information and documentation necessary to underwrite a candidate’s file and complete the hiring process.
• Work with the Recruiting team and hiring leaders to provide feedback on the candidate’s pre-hire process.
• Assess employment stability, employment trend, credit and criminal history accuracy.
• Prepare written summaries for candidate files where a non-hiring decision was reached.

Greater Detroit Area

• Remain as the main point of contact with candidate from verbal offer throughout remainder of hiring process.
• Handle candidate documentation such as application’s, resume, background checks, and any additional information needed to continue through hiring process.
• Collect reference and verification of employment information.
• Promptly conduct and monitor candidate background checks.
• Deliver final offer and final offer letter to candidate.

Greater Detroit Area

• Schedule and conduct multiple phone interviews daily.
• Source candidates through CareerBuilder and LinkedIn to find a potential match for the particular position.
• Be familiar with all non-banking positions within the Quicken Loans company, as well as within our sister companies such as Fathead and Title Source.
• Meet with team leaders to discuss the qualities of the ideal candidates they are looking for.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
