I designed my first space at the age of 8. It was a dream bedroom modeled after the interior of "I Dream of Genie's" bottle. Architecture and the affect it has on its users has always been a fascination of mine. I love solving the puzzle of spaces and working with alternative building materials (like straw bales and shipping containers.) Architecture and Interior Design is part of my DNA. Therefore, I began my design education at the University of Manitoba and graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University. In 2003, I decided to branch out on my own and established S3 Interior Design Consulting which became S3 Interior Design Inc.in 2009. In 2013, I tackled and passed the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) exam, earning me the title of Professional Interior Designer. At S3, I am blessed to have a dynamic team of Designers who thrive on creating functional and beautiful solutions for the most challenging spaces.When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, my friends, traveling and growing in my faith.
