►Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support recruiters and hiring managers source candidates for targeted roles – both niche/hard to fill roles as well as high volume roles that require a continuous candidate pipeline. ►Execute targeted sourcing strategies that enable the achievement of targeted time to fill goals and the hiring of high quality candidates. ►Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (ATS mining, Social Media Recruiting,) across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions. ►Train Talent Acquisition representatives on how to effectively source and coordinate recruiter workshops to share best practices and collaborate within TA organization.►Develop Sourcing reports, source of hire tracking and other reports to help recruiters find candidates more efficiently.► Partner with marketing to create email campaigns, brand awareness, virtual career fairs and other strategies to increase candidate flow.► Recent project teams include updating and polishing job postings, evaluating job board spend, creating better efficiencies within ATS, updating career portals & application process.Sourcing Tool Box: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Careerbuilder, ICIMS, Name Generation, Passive Candidates, Cold Calling; Employee Referrals, Boolean Search techniques using: Yahoo, Google, Facebook, Recruiting Blogs, Craigslist, Simply Hired, User Groups, Associations, Universities.
