I am an experienced organisational developer, human resource specialist, lecturer, coach and business consultant. My specific areas of expertise involve: strategic change; leadership development; organisational structure and system enhancement; growing a coaching culture.I have designed and delivered many national and international leadership programmes and have won awards for leading UK wide collaborative HE initiatives and been involved in sharing practice through publication.I have developed extensive expertise in leading interventions using a wide range of development methodologies including: coaching; mentoring; action learning; appreciative enquiry; self assessment; and experiential learning.I am particularly interested in supporting organisational leads to develop and communicate vision and strategy, develop shared team values and innovative ways of working to enable individuals and teams to perform at their best whilst aligning with organisational aims.My strengths are in designing and leading innovative, sustainable, solutions focussed initiatives that demonstrate impact. To ensure projects are successful I use: authentic leadership; strong organisational and IT skills; empathy; and emotional intelligence.
