In the community, RACV partners with five selected non-profit organisations annually in arts, environment, health and wellbeing, mobility and safety, and welfare.As Domain Architect, Tracy works collaboratively with the business and IT teams to support RACV's data requirements, ranging from the strategic to the hands-on. The role worked alongside business colleagues to drive pragmatic, future proof and cost effective solutions to business needs. This included overseeing the IT aspects of preparing to relocate the head office from London to Barcelona.

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are the newest frontier in education, disrupting the traditional delivery model and providing new opportunities for both teachers and students. OUA recognised the potential to expand their offerings and put together a team to establish their own MOOC presence. As Platform Manager for the O2S team and Product Owner in the Agile process, Tracy wasresponsible for:- Developing a vision for the online platform that would support the desired student experience, and an implementation roadmap to achieve this.- Leading the development team consisting of UX designers, ScrumMaster/BAs, web developers, testers, and application and system administrators.- Researching innovative approaches to enhance the learning journey and embedding them into the platform design, including gamification and integrated social media.- Enterprise Architects subsequently developed the world’s first MOOC on Enterprise Architecture on the Open2Study platform and this continues to form a key part of EA’s marketing and training engagement strategy.
