Tracy and Dan began visiting Costa Rica in 2019 and fell in love with the country and its people and bought their first property in Langosta in 2019. In 2021, on one of their visits, they made the decision to relocate to Costa Rica. They bought two houses on one piece of land and live in one home and run a successful Airbnb in the second property. Tracy worked as a full-time residential Sales Agent with Royal LePage Signature Realty, a prominent Canadian owned Brokerage. For the past 12 years Tracy worked with investors, buyers and sellers and all types of residential dwellings (condos, single-family homes, townhomes). Prior to real estate, Tracy worked in renewable energy as a Project Community Liaison. Tracy still holds her real estate license in Toronto and has recently completed the CRGAR (Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors) certification in November 2022.For the last 10 years Daniel owned his own General Contracting company. His work included full home renovations, i.e., kitchen remodeling, finishing basements, bathroom renovations, flooring, etc. Prior to that, Daniel spent 25 years in hotel and restaurant management. Together Daniel and Tracy have worked on numerous home makeovers and staging projects to prepare client's homes for sale ensuring they got top dollar. Together, our goal is to continue to help Buyers and Sellers with their investment goals, find their forever new home, and help families relocate to this beautiful country.
