Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tracy grew up in the luxury home industry. “When I was growing up in Texas, my mom was a general contractor who designed and built luxury custom homes. I grew up going to job sites, learning the ins and outs of luxury homebuilding and the great importance of understanding and meeting the clients’ expectations. During this time, I developed a passion for real estate and I knew early on that this was the profession I wanted to devote myself to as a life-long career. After attending Texas Tech University Tracy headed west to North Scottsdale in 1992. With nearly 30 years in the Valley Tracy specializes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek and Phoenix. A third-generation Chicago native with 30+ years in the Valley, Tim knows every peak and valley of this amazing place. Having owned and operated a marketing and advertising company for over 30 years helping clients to brand and grow their business it was the perfect transition into luxury real estate with his wife, Tracy.
