Organizations can easily stagnate- lacking engagement, not achieving their strategic initiatives… surviving, not thriving. Solid leadership takes an organization from where they are to where they want to be. My two-word purpose statement: Cultivate Growth. I have a green thumb to help people and organizations grow and flourish. My sweet spot is leading, planning, and ideating with individuals and teams to help people and organizations do things easier, better, faster, and cheaper to achieve objectives and accelerate growth. In both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, I use formal and informal development tools to strengthen corporate culture - fostering ownership, developing leaders, and increasing transparent feedback and employee engagement that produce tangible results in the bottom line. A few highlights include: • transitioning a $30M private company with multiple owners to become a part of a publicly traded company• creating a social enterprise to diversify revenue streams and provide on-the-job and soft-skill training for clients with a challenging work history.• building the infrastructure that ensured sustainability in a new nonprofit, currently the largest homeless service provider in Riverside County• a demonstrated history of exceeding P&L expectations in the organizations I’ve worked. Both my education and experience reflect a passion for combining my action-oriented drive for results with my love for employee and leadership development. I am most excited when cultivating growth in individuals and organizations leads to fulfillment in an individual’s anointed purpose and ignites a catalyst that glorifies God.
